Key signs agent bank agreement
with Navy Federal Credit Union
Cleveland-based KeyCorp has signed an agreement with Navy Federal Credit Union to provide Navy Federal’s 3 million members with surcharge free access to Key’s 1,500 automated teller machines (ATMs) in 12 states.

Through Key’s agent bank program, credit unions and community banks can provide their members and customers surcharge-free access to an automated teller machine network without the significant financial investment required to build, operate and maintain their own individual ATM systems.

“We’re excited to expand our agent banking network by providing Navy Federal members with convenient, surcharge-free access to our ATMs across the country,” said Debbie L. Jones, senior manager in KeyBank’s channel management division. “Navy Federal members benefit from expanded ATM network access; Key benefits from additional ATM usage which helps reduce operational costs.”
