IndyMac Bank opens local retail lending office
IndyMac Bank, the seventh-largest savings and loan and the second-largest independent mortgage lender in the nation, announced its retail lending group has opened a new office in Silverdale. Located at 9321 Bayshore Drive in Silverdale, the tenth IndyMac Bank retail lending office will be managed by Michelle S. Garcia. She plans to add six additional loan officers to her staff.

The new branch will be primarily responsible for retail loan originations including purchase and refinance transactions in Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Pierce counties. Also offered is a range of home loan offerings such as VA, FHA, jumbo, reverse mortgages, and conventional loans.
