Kitsap Bank entered into the competition for placement of the ATMs several months ago. With the award of these contracts, the new Diebold ATMs are due for installation in January. The Harborside Center ATM will be installed in the first floor foyer near the elevators; and the Norm Dicks Government Center ATM will be located in the main lobby.
