George W. Bowen, Executive Vice President of Peoples Bank, announced that the Bank has achieved preferred lender status with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and has hired David Ellis as assistant vice president and SBA loan manager.

Ellis joins Peoples Bank with over 25 years of banking experience, most recently as an SBA loan consultant for Peoples Bank. As SBA Loan Manager, he will be responsible for the Bank’s SBA loan program, including marketing, production, and managing portfolio quality and will also be the Bank’s liaison to the Seattle District office of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
