Kitsap Bank recently announced the promotion of Shauna Becker to Operations Supervisor and Roger Fitzpatrick, CBA to Vice President/Compliance Officer.

In her new role, Becker, who has been with Kitsap Bank since 1998, will support branch operations at Kitsap Bank’s Bainbridge Island branch.

“Shauna Has demonstrated a high level of customer service and dedication to the Kitsap Bank team,” said Jim Carmichael, president and CEO of Kitsap Bank.

Fitzpatrick, a veteran compliance officer, has been with Kitsap Bank since 1997. He previously worked for KeyCorp Management Company in Tacoma as an Internal Audit Professional, and achieved the Certified Bank Auditor certification in 1993.

“Roger is an accomplished audit and compliance professional, and we benefit greatly from his experience and professionalism,” Carmichael added.
