Carvalho joins Wells Fargo
community private banking

Bainbridge Island resident Edward Carvalho has been named assistant vice president and community private banker as a part of Wells Fargo’s Washington Community Private Banking initiative. In that role, he will provide financial services to high-net-worth individuals in Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Port Townsend, Sequim and Port Angeles.

“Our Community Private Banking initiative was put in place to make it easier to serve our clients by placing private bankers inside our banking stores,” said Lysa Barbano, Private Banking manager for the South Sound. “Edward knows the people who live and work in the island communities. He will be able to provide special focus on our customers’ needs by providing financial services when, where and how they want them.”

Carvalho previously worked as an investment operations specialist for Wells Fargo Investments and earned an economics degree from the University of Puget Sound.
