Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., one of the largest residential finance providers in the world, has opened a local office at 620 Park Ave, in Bremerton.

Longtime local mortgage banker Roger Nance has been named as manager of the branch. Loan representative include Nathan Adkisson, Daniel Rodriguez, and Angela Wolfe. Nance stated the mega-lender would soon be opening offices in Gig Harbor and Poulsbo as well.

Countrywide’s Bremerton branch works not only with local real estate professionals, and builders, but also directly with borrowers who are buying, remodeling, or refinancing a home. According to the company, loans are processed locally, resulting in faster decisions and smooth transactions.
