The Board of Directors of Frontier Financial Corp., have declared a $.185 per share first quarter cash dividend to shareowners of record as of Jan. 7 and payable Jan. 24.

“This represents a 12.1 percent increase over the first quarter of 2003 and is the 17th consecutive quarter in which the cash dividend has increased. Frontier paid a dividend of $.18 per share to shareowners in the fourth quarter of 2003,” said President and CEO, Mike Clementz.
