Kitsap Bank recently announced two staff promotions and the hiring of a new branch operations manager.

Mark Caviness has been promoted to vice president and branch manager at the Gig Harbor branch. Most recently, he was a commercial loan officer at the East Bremerton branch.

Also, Marcia Axtman has been tapped as the vice president/loan officer at the East Bremerton Branch. She brings over 22 years in commercial and consumer lending to this position.

Ginette Lasala joins Kitsap and Olympic Bank as an operations officer at the Gig Harbor branch.

Previously as assistant vice president and branch manager with a large regional bank, Lasala has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry.
