Molly Gordon, a business and marketing coach based in Suquamish,has been appointed co-chair of the International Coach Federation's (ICF) marketing committee. In that spot, Gordon is responsible for internal marketing with an initial focus on establishing the ICF credentials as the gold standard of coaching worldwide. Co-chair Linda Finkle of Potomac, Maryland, is overseeing external marketing projects.

Gordon brings over 30 years experience in marketing and administration to the position as well as seven years in private practice as a professional coach. She’s the developer of Authentic Promotion™, a course that equips entrepreneurs and professionals to manage and market their businesses without sacrificing their values.

The International Coach Federation is the largest professional association of personal and business coaches.
