Key Bank now offering statements online

Key Bank Online Banking and Investing clients now have the option to receive account statements online for more convenience.

Instead of receiving paper statements in the mail once a month, clients who bank online can be sent an e-mail on the date of their statement. If a client decides they want to return to paper statements, they can change back. Thirteen months of statements will be retained online for client reference.

Also, in response to customer demand, the bank has enhanced the account transfer capability for online banking. Customers can now, at no cost, transfer funds from checking or saving accounts to make payments to their Key Bank credit card, installment loan, home equity loan or overdraft account.
