George Will featured by Edward Jones
Jim Thatcher and David Ormerod of the financial services firm of Edward Jones will host “What’s Next for America?” a provocative satellite broadcast that will feature columnist and Pulitzer Prize-winning author George F. Will. The event will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 8. It can be seen at Thatcher’s office located at 2135 Sheridan Road or Ormerod’s at 3421 Kitsap Way, Suite A. Both are in Bremerton.

Will, whose twice weekly newspaper column appears in just under 500 newspapers across the U.S. and in Europe is also a regular contributing editor of Newsweek magazine, provides a bimonthly back-page essay to the national publication and also is a founding panel member on ABC television’s “This Week with Sam Donaldson and Cokie Roberts.”

A best-selling author of political theory and baseball, Will served as a staff member in the U.S. Senate and was the Washington editor of National Review magazine. He joins Edward Jones chief market strategist Alan Skrainka and Lord Abbett Director of Equities, Bob Morris, who each will give their perspective on the state of the nation, economy and financial markets in 2002.
