| The Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County (DRC) will offer a two-part mediation training for community members interested in becoming mediators or learning new skills for use in the workplace and community. The training is scheduled for September and October.
Part I, Collaborative Decision-Making: Negotiation, will be offered Sept. 18-20 at Island Lake. The course, which has applications in the workplace as well as the home and community, teaches participants how to solve problems earlier and therefore reduce the cost of conflict. Part II, Collaborative Decision-Making: Mediation - is scheduled for Oct. 23-25.
