| Poulsbo-based Paladin Data Systems Corporation has repeated its standing as one of the Best Companies to Work For on Washington CEO Magazines annual list for 2000.
At the Ninth Annual Awards, held June 1 at Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle, Paladin was honored in the category of Ten Best Small Companies (companies with 1-99 employees) for the third consecutive year.
Announcing the award, Executive Vice President Gary Macy said, Todays competitive business environment requires creative and innovative employment policies to attract and retain the quality of people that Paladin employs. Paladin continues to be a great place to work because of our people.
The annual list, sponsored by Washington CEO Magazine and compiled by Watson Wyatt & Company, accepts nominations from employees, customers, or business partners. Employees, as well as management, complete surveys; and then a five-member panel of judges determines the final rankings of the best companies.
Paladin also placed fifth among the Best Small Companies to Work For in 1998 and 1999, and took special honors for Best Standards and Best Career Growth and Performance Practices.
