Venture Financial Group pays cash dividend |
| Venture Financial Group, Inc., parent company of Venture Bank, announced that on Jan. 21, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.07 per share payable Feb. 13, to all shareholders of record as of Feb. 2. The declared dividend marks the twentieth consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid. |

Kitsap Bank achieves record growthin 95th year |
Kitsap Banks average assets increased $38 million in 2003, which was a record growth year for the local bank. The net profit was $9.6 million. The return on assets was 1.92 percent and the return on equity was 18.5 percent.
Commercial loans increased $33 million for the year and $100 million over the past three years. Total loans reached $400 million. In addition, the Bank closed $238 million in residential mortgage loans during the year, which was a record.
Total assets of the Bank reached $512 million in the Banks 95th year. |
