Parker Financial is hosting a client appreciation wine tasting and charity event on Thurs., July 30 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Monica’s Waterfront Bakery in Old Town Silverdale. Local wines from Bainbridge Island Vineyard and Winery will be featured, and donations will be accepted for Riding4Hope, a charity bike ride across the US. The purpose behind the ride is to help raise money and awareness for the Wounded Warrior Project and the local Boys and Girls Club of Bremerton.

“I often say I have the best clients in all of Kitsap County. I thought having a wine tasting event that featured wines from a local winery, would be a fun way for us to get together and give me another opportunity to say thank you,” said Jason Parker, president of Parker Financial LLC. “And by also collecting donations for Riding4Hope, it gives us an opportunity to give back to the community.”
