Executive chef joins Olympic College to head its catering operation

Christina Nys, a former executive chef of Trophy Lake Golf & Casting for the past two years is now the catering coordinator for Olympic College, where she leads students from the college’s Culinary Institute to cater events of all sizes - from small parties to large banquets, receptions, and weddings. Nick Giovanni, director of Food Service, at the college said, “Christina is a talented person who brings a lot to the table. Her experience and knowledge in the hospitality and catering industry is a welcome addition to our campus.”

Olympic College’s catering service is now available to the public, which has not been the case in the past, due to staffing limitations. For more information about the service, contact Nys at (360) 475-7571 or via email at cnys [at] olympic [dot] edu.
