A Kitchen That Works is now an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm certified under the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule and owner Molly McCabe has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act Section 402 (a)(1), and has received certification as an individual, pursuant to 40CFR Part 745.226 to conduct lead-based paint activities for renovations, repairs and painting.
