| Emily’s Bistro, owned by Herb Myers of Boxlight Corporation, and located at 19472 Powder Hill Place in Poulsbo opened its doors in January with the grand opening celebration slated for June 6 and 7, from 6-9 p.m., both days.
Emily’s serves breakfast and lunch from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon. through Fri., offering freshly made egg dishes, sandwiches, soups and salads. Coffee beverages are available and made with Tully’s coffee. Emily’s also offers free WiFi and outdoor seating.
The newest addition to the staff, General Manager Jennifer Fiorillo, comes to Emily’s with an extensive background in the restaurant and service industry. As a professionally trained pastry chef, she has plans for expanding the variety of baked goods.
Head Chef, Ted deWinter, brings an extensive culinary background from the Los Angeles area. He has utilized his background to create a healthy and delicious menu incorporating top quality products in all of his dishes.
Emily’s bistro will soon have its liquor license and will expand its business hours to include an after work happy hour.
