recycling event held
Pete DeBoar and Jeff Peterson, owners of Olympic Printer Resources present a check for $1,072 to representatives
of Christ Memorial Church.
Recently, a community electronic waste collect event was held at Christ Memorial Church in Poulsbo where over 15 tons of electronic waste was collected to be recycled. Olympic Printer Resources, Inc. of Kingston and EcycleNW of Sequim teamed up with Christ Memorial Church, Sound Publishing, Prowse & Company, and United Rentals to sponsor the event. From the fees collected — $1,072 — was donated to Christ Memorial Church to support Impact Basque’s summer in the USA program that finds host families for Basque students from Spain and France. The students visit the area during the month of July. For information about Impact Basque, call (360) 692-9999 or email bill@aboutimpact.org.
