In July 2007, the Board of County Commissioners unanimously appointed Steve Bauer to fill the unexpired term of Chris Endresen, who resigned o take a position with Senator Maria Cantwell. Recently Bauer announced his intention to run for a full four-year term this fall.
“I have enjoyed my new job tremendously, and I want to continue to deliver real, quantifiable results to the residents of Kitsap County.” Bauer said in a statement.
