The Kitsap County Deputy Sheriff’s Guild has voted unanimously to endorse Dino Rossi in the Washington state gubernatorial race. The groups specifically highlighted Rossi’s commitment to end the early release of violent felons and to provide law enforcement officers with the tools to do their job.
“It is my pleasure to announce that Kitsap County Deputy Sheriff’s Guild voted to endorse Dino Rossi in his run for Governor,” said Mike Rodrigue, president of the Kitsap County Deputy Sherriff’s Guild. “We have been aware for some time that Rossi is very supportive of the law enforcement community, but he really impressed the Guild with his position on public safety and his desire to take steps needed to ensure our communities are safe.”
“I am honored to have received the endorsement of the Kitsap County Deputy Sheriff’s Guild,” said Dino Rossi. “I will remain a strong advocate for our law enforcement community when I am governor. By working together, we will make Washington state the worst place in America to be a criminal. Obtaining the support of this key group is a significant step in that direction.” |
