Art Anderson honors two
for career achievement
At the company’s fiftieth anniversary banquet, Eric Anderson, CEO, honored long-time employees James R. Levey and Eric Snyder for their technical leadership in their scientific fields and years of commitment to the company. Levey and Snyder are the first employees to be honored as part of the company’s Fellow Associate-Emeritus Program, created to recognize and reward technical employees whose contributions have been transformational to the company and industry.

The program honors long-term employees who have dedicated themselves to a distinguished technical career. “Companies in our industry reward engineers who rise into management roles, and understate the contributions of some of our nation’s most valuable engineers and scientists,” said Anderson.

Levey has over 38 years of engineering experience and over 28 years with Art Anderson Associates. His areas of expertise include site development, foundation and retaining structures, drainage systems, ferry and transit facilities, transportation planning and value engineering.

Snyder has over 35 years of engineering experience and has worked for Art Anderson Associates for 32 years. He is responsible for naval architectural/marine engineering analyses and studies, vessel design and naval architectural calculations in support of shoreline projects.
