| The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has announced the finalists for the competition for the Business of the Year in Western Washington, and among the select group is Abiding HomeCare, an in-home care business serving the needs of seniors in Kitsap County who wish to live independently in their own residence.
Once a business is selected as a finalist, it must then submit a comprehensive portfolio describing in detail how they excel in four specific categories: ethics, customer service, community involvement, and innovative business practices. This portfolio, along with a 30-minute oral interview, is the basis for a panel of judges in making their selection for the Business of the Year Awards, which will be announced on Jan. 23, 2008.
