Puget Sound Energy recently honored Kitsap Consolidated Housing Authority, Executive Director Norm McLoughlin for his outstanding civic contributions by dedicating a natural gas lamp, installed at the waterfront walkway near the new Harborside Condominiums, in his honor.
Puget Sound Energy’s natural gas lamp Pioneer Award recognizes an exceptional community leader in the utility’s service territory whose involvement has resulted in lasting public benefit.
