| Encore Communities announced it’s Employees of the Year for July 2006 —June 2007. Each employee was previously named Employee of the Month for Northwoods Lodge or Employee of the Quarter at Clearbrook Inn or Country Meadows. Each person selected to receive the honor was based upon a nomination by their supervisor.
Heather Hamilton, of Northwoods Lodge Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, has worked in the rehab department for over six years. During that time she has risen through the ranks, due to the attributes she possesses, which include attention to detail and going above and beyond expectations with the tasks she assumes.
Maureen Thompson, has been at Clearbrook Inn Assisted Living Center for just over one year. In that time she has shown experience and skill in her role as chef in our dietary department.
Becky Miranda, of Country Meadows Retirement Cottages, has been a dietary aid at Country Meadows for over six years. Her attention to detail, and the care she puts into every effort, shows her drive and determination to achieve any goal placed before her.
