| Northwoods Lodge, of Encore Communities, has once again received a “zero-deficiency” survey, this time under the leadership and direction of its new executive director, Melissa Halverson. She was promoted to executive director position after serving as director of nursing. She has been with Northwoods Lodge for ten years and has an extensive history of perfect State Survey Awards.
CareScout.com, a private rating company has given Northwoods Lodge the only AAA rating for nursing homes on the entire west coast. Halverson is also responsible for Clearbrook Inn Assisted Living Apartments and Country Meadows Retirement Cottages.
Kirsta Brown has been named director of nursing at Northwoods Lodge. She returns to Northwoods Lodge after serving as administrator of Claremont East Retirement Apartments, a formerly owned Encore Community. She was previously with Northwoods Lodge as a nursing care manager for seven years. |
