| Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) was selected by Washington CEO magazine as one of the Best 100 companies to work for in the state. It was chosen from over 200 companies nominated for consideration. The overall rankings and the names of 12 companies selected as the best in four categories — large, medium, small and non-profit — appeared in the magazine’s July issue. KMHS placed as a finalist this year in the non-profit category. In both 1999 and 2005, KMHS won first place in the non-profit category and has placed as finalist almost every other year since the contest was introduced.
“The companies included in the list have demonstrated that they value their employees and their contributions to overall success,” said Bob Ritter, publisher and chief executive officer of the magazine. “Our evaluation is extensive. It included surveys of both employees and management and review by a distinguished group of human resource professionals.”. |
