Kitsap Credit Union board reorganizes
Anderson Rumbold Johnson
Kitsap Credit Union’s Board of Directors has announced a reorganization of its volunteer board to fill expired terms.

Retired Navy Captain Dave Anderson was named the not-for-profit financial co-operative’s new Board Chair. Anderson has served over eleven years as a Credit Union volunteer in various capacities most recently as the Board of Directors’ vice chair and loan review officer.

Bill Rumbold is the Board’s new vice chair. He has been active on Credit Union boards and committees since 1995. His most recent assignment was board treasurer.

Wendie Johnson assumes the board treasurer position. She has been a member of Kitsap Credit Union since 1990 and is a strong supporter of the philosophy of a not-for-profit financial cooperative working in partnership with its members toward their goals and the betterment of the local community. She is an accountant for a local CPA firm.

Marla Brady is the remaining new board officer. She will be the board’s secretary. Brady has served as a KCU volunteer for over ten years and is the administrator for service excellence and Chief Medical Officer/Operations at Harrison Medical Center.

The three new assignments were announced following the Credit Union’s 73rd annual meeting earlier this year.
