| After more than a year of planning and building on the hillside site between NAD Park and the Big Apple Diner on Kitsap Way, Kitsap Lake Storage at 6400 Kitsap Way celebrated its grand opening April 20. Mayor Cary Bozeman opened the event with a ribbon cutting.
Chuck and Patty Bair are the managing members of Kitsap Lake Storage, LLC. They have been business owner/operators in Bremerton and Kitsap County for over 30 years with retail outlets, commercial properties and residential rental properties.
We are proud to help people manage their need for space at our new Kitsap Lake Storage Facility, says Chuck Bair. We designed and built the facility with high standards for security, quality, and appeal. We have six buildings housing over 700 storage spaces. Each building or corridor is named after a state i.e.: New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, etc, in order to simplify locating your space and to give the new storage facility a personality.
Serving both personal and business storage needs, the site offers storage in 28 different space sizes, as well as outdoor parking for boats and RVs. All units are heated with radiant in floor heat and have individual door alarms. The perimeter is completely enclosed with motion detected lights and video surveillance, and electronic coded gate entry. Gate hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., but 24 hour access is available for some businesses. The drive aisles are 32 wide to accommodate large moving trucks and all units have roll up doors for convenience.
The main office includes a business meeting room with wireless internet and a retail room with boxes, moving supplies, and vending machines. There is even a 15 Ford box truck available for use upon move in for a nominal fee. |
