Port of Bremerton recognizes partnerships
The Port of Bremerton recently recognized those who have been “partners in business” over the last several years, contributing to the Port’s success story. “The Port of Bremerton’s mission is to promote economic development and tourism.

The projects that we have undertaken over the last few years that support this mission could not have happened without the cooperation and support of our partners,” said Mary Ann Huntington, President of the Port Commission. Ken Attebery, the Port’s CEO, noted that, “From the Port staffs’ perspective, all we are able to do is only possible with the expertise and support of businesses, associations and individuals that we team with each and every day.”

Honorees receiving special recognition for outstanding service and exceptional contribution to the success of the Port were:

  • Private Business Partner: Gary Bolster, Hangars Unlimited
  • Public Partner: Karcher Creek Sewer District
  • Business Services Partner: Pat McCullough, Engineering Services Associates
  • Community Association Partner: Soroptimist International of Port Orchard
  • Community Volunteer: Carol Atkinson
  • International Relations and Trade Partner: Michael Fowler
