| Northwoods Lodge, a Silverdale nursing and rehabilitation center, has earned state wide recognition as the recipient of its seventh of nine, annual perfect state survey scores. Representatives from the Aging and Adult Administration, and the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), recently conducted the unannounced survey, which is the same process that has cited numerous nursing homes for the inability to provide quality and safe care to their residents.
Northwoods Lodge is recognized as being in the top one percent of nursing homes in the United States according to Carescout.com. Administrator Jack Charlton is extremely proud of all the staff. “Seven out of nine perfect surveys is a testament to the staff’s dedication to professional nursing and rehabilitation services. The staff will not settle for less then perfect.”
