The remodel will include the addition of about 1,300 square feet to the lobby and construction of a staircase. It will also be adding and remodeling restrooms as well as making elevator access available for patrons with limited mobility. WPC has already begun construction and the project is expected to be finished in October.

WPC was also awarded a contract for $11.6 million to construct the new student center at the Lakewood Campus of the Clover Park Technical College.

The contract includes construction of a 48,000 square foot student center, which will include a bookstore, student activity space, kitchen, bistro, multi-purpose rooms, clothing retail and floral retail programs. Construction has begun and is expected to be finished in July of 2007.
