Key Peninsula News executive editor Rodika Tollefson was one of the award recipients of the 2006 Society of Professional Journalism’s Excellence in Journalism contest of the Western Washington Pro chapter. Tollefson won second place in the non-daily newspaper category for government and political reporting, for a story titled “Landlocked residents want answers.”
This is the second time she has been honored by the group, winning an honorable mention last year.
Tollefson is also a community correspondent for the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal and a regular contributor to WestSound Home & Garden Magazine. |
