| Gig Harbor software development company Splyce Software has hired Patty Goodman as a software installation and support technician.
Goodman, operating out of a field office in California, has an extensive background in theatre management and operations, with a heavy emphasis in customer service and technical troubleshooting. Her last position in theatre management was with Galaxy Theatres.
Also, the firm has unveiled a new grant program in an effort to support small and up-and-coming non profit theatre companies. The non-profit theatre technology grant program will make it possible for non profit theatre organizations to have access to ticketing and concessions/retail software and hardware solutions that may have been unavailable to them because of budget constraints.
Non-profit theatre organizations can apply for the program, which puts them into consideration for computer hardware and software systems to run their box office ticketing, concessions and retail stations, as well as online ticket sales through their own web sites.
Applications are available from Splyce, which can be reached at (253) 857-6411 or www.splyce.com. |
