Art Anderson Associates announced the addition of Doron Zilbershtein to the position of chief visionary officer. In addition to taking on the traditional responsibilities of a chief operating officer, Zilbershtein will be leading strategic initiatives to better align the company with new challenges and opportunities as it expands on its fifty-year tradition of delivering excellence through engineering.
Zilbershtein most recently taught MBA students on organizational culture, quality management and leadership. He is a former consultant to many sectors of the maritime industry, including cruise ships, mega-yachts and defense. His employment experience also covers the operational side of the maritime industry, having served as an officer aboard freighters and fast attack vessels as an officer in the Israeli Navy. |
