Bremer Trust trustees hire
local investment professionals
Arnold Smalley
Bremer Trust trustees announced the retention of two local professionals to assist in management of the Trust’s real estate and financial holdings.

Real estate holdings of the Bremer Trust will be managed by Tim Arnold, president of Bradley Scott Inc., a local firm. Arnold’s firm will be advising the trustees on management, rentals, leases, purchase, sales and development matters. During his 35 years as a real estate broker, Arnold has served on numerous local civic and non profit boards including former chair of Kitsap Regional Economic Development Council (KREDC), and the Kitsap County Association of Realtors.

Advising the trustees in the future on securities matters will be Jim Smalley, a senior vice president of Smith Barney who works out of the Silverdale office. Smalley is lifelong resident of Kitsap County, board member and Chairman-elect of Harrison Medical Center, member of the Kitsap County Art Council and has been with Smith Barney for 16 years. He will advise the Trustees on non-real estate investment portfolio matters.

Arnold and Smalley will report directly to the Bremer Trust Board of Trustees.

Bremer trustees forwarded $300 thousand dollars to the Olympic College in 2005. Under provision and requirement of the trust documents, The Bremer Trust annually contributes the proceeds from the investment and management of real estate and securities holding, to Olympic College.
