| When the phone rings, are you ready? will teach front line people how to handle customers. Learn how to create that great first impression whether on the phone or in person, find out what it means to provide excellent customer service, develop skills in resolving problems, and be aware of the proper use of etiquette. Gain insight into what it means to be responsible and accountable. Discover keys for working with your boss and your peers. Recognize the difference between business emails and Instant Messaging. Understand multi-tasking and stress management.
This class is designed for those already in customer-facing positions in the workplace, as well as for those entering the workforce.
At the end of the training, students will:
- Have the skills necessary to create and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Be able to set a professional and helpful tone in the workplace.
- Be prepared to build a favorable and profitable reputation for your company and its product or service.
The pilot program schedule is:
- Supervisor Orientation: Tues, Jan. 10 from 3 - 4 p.m.
- Receptionist/Frontline Training: Tues Jan. 17, 24 and 31, from 3 - 6 p.m.
