Parker, a recent graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, where he obtained his master's degree in Ocean Engineering, was hired as a naval architect and will be working on several of the firm's small business innovative research contracts with the US Navy. Prior to obtaining his master's, Parker helped developed strategies and designs for advanced naval warfare systems, including the Navy's future Sea Base strategy and the US Navy's Littoral Combat Ship.

Also joining the team is Mike Campbell. He was hired as a senior marine designer and will be developing ships arrangements and structural designs for existing contracts with the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Washington State Ferries (WSF). Campbell has over 23 years of design experience in a wide variety of marine design disciplines and successfully managed a five-year US Navy design contract renovating all US Navy Pacific-based aircraft carriers.
