| IslandWood recently announced that it now offers a suite of programs designed for area business leaders. Known nationally as a model for exceptional education, IslandWood's corporate programs combine leading-edge training approaches with powerful outdoor experiences to give individuals and organizations the opportunity to recognize and achieve their full potential.
“Business leaders can now participate in unique, hands-on professional development programs that build their corporate teams in ways difficult to experience in the confines of traditional office walls or conference center facilities,” said Ben Klasky, IslandWood executive director.
The new programs include a three-day course, a one-day “Team Building” course, and a variety of other customized training options. Programs may include unique activities like outdoor adventure; a teams challenge course; naturalist talks that utilize metaphors for business; and wilderness exploration.
