| The Bremerton Symphony Association's 63rd performance season will commence on Saturday, Oct. 1, with a concert entitled Homegrown Talent, featuring local guest artists, guitarist Craig Alden Dell and violinist Claire Sledd under the baton of Music Director Elizabeth Stoyanovich, who is beginning her third season with the BSA.
Featured works in the concert will include Symphonic Dances by Rachmaninoff; Violin Concerto #1, op 58 by Bruch (violin solo performed by Sledd); and Concierto del Sur by Ponce (guitar solo performed by Craig Alden Dell). The concert begins at 7:30 p.m., following a pre-concert chat by Maestra Stoyanovich at 6:30, and will be held at the Bremerton Performing Arts Center at Bremerton High School, 1500 13th Street, Bremerton. The concert is sponsored by Kitsap Bank.
