Poulsbo-based Paladin Data Systems announced recently that it has expanded its sales and marketing department by adding a Web media developer position. Kathy Goble has been hired to serve as Paladins Web media developer. She will design, build, and manage the corporate and product Web sites for Paladin, as well as for InterLocking Software, Paladins affiliate company.
Up until this point weve been able to outsource this type of work, said Jim Nall, president and CEO of Paladin. But with our roster of Web-based products expanding we knew that we needed to have someone here dedicated to this work full-time.
Goble has been a Web developer for more than five years, working with local Kitsap companies such as Northwest Networks Services, the Kitsap Economic Development Council, American Management Systems, and the Kitsap Mall. Previous experience includes serving as a product packaging manager and coordinator for Microsoft Corporation, as a senior production manager for Wizards of the Coast, and working for Pinnacle Brands, Inc., as a production engineer. Her early professional experience was in art direction and she has worked for some of the top advertising agencies on Madison Avenue in New York City.
A Bremerton resident, Goble is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Internet Technologies with an Oracle Designer Certificate at Olympic College. She also attended the School of Visual Arts in New York with a major in advertising and minors in graphic design and photography. |
