KPS Health Plans receives
national marketing award

KPS Health Plans has received a 2005 Gold Aster Award honoring excellence in medical marketing from Marketing Healthcare Today magazine.

The award was presented for a full-color “line of business” brochure created to highlight all of the health plans offered by KPS. Competing against over 1,000 entries from for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations across the nation, a Gold Award winner must receive a 95-99 percent score and be in the top five percent of the nation.

The Aster Awards Program provides national-level recognition for healthcare organizations and advertising agencies that strive for excellence in medical marketing. Entries are judged on creativity, layout/design, typography, production, knowledge transfer and overall quality. Gold, silver and merit awards are issued by group and category.

A list of winners will be published in the 2005 May/June Issue of Marketing Healthcare Today magazine, as well as listed on the Aster Awards website at www.asterawards.com.
