In addition to gearing up for construction of their new building, which will be located across the street from their current location, Cosmo’s Deli co-owners Shelly Lewis and Christina Balazs hope to add a few more ways for people here to experience quality home-style Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Newlt planned events are:

Pasta Pairings – On the fourth Friday of the month Cosmo’s will offer pasta specialties. Patrons will select from a number of pastas and sauces that will use seasonal ingredients from regions in Italy. The cost is around $12 per person and will include an entrée, salad or soup, and bread.

Wine & Dine – Every two to three months, Cosmo’s offers an event that combines a five-course meal with wines from a particular region in the Mediterranean.

Cooking classes and special event Sunday brunches are also on the calendar as well as expansion plans in the year ahead.
