She has served on the Poulsbo City Council since 2001 and had previously served on the council from 1991 – 1994.
   Quade has participated in all of the City Council committees, and currently holds the position as Poulsbo’s representative to the Kitsap County’s Law Enforcement Officer and Firefighter Board as well as a board monitor on two Diversion Boards for the Kitsap County Juvenile Justice system.
   Quade will formally kick off her campaign shortly.
