Bainbridge Asset Management Corporation, a leading property management firm serving Bainbridge Island, has sold its business operations to CFA Properties, Inc., effective August. CFA Properties has been formed by Carolyn and Charlie Frame — Bainbridge Island’s 2003 Business Couple of the Year — Walt Hannawacker, partner in CFA NW Mortgage, Kinam Sohn, CPA, and Eric Fredricks, a Bainbridge Island builder.

In addition to striving to provide superior property management services to commercial property owners, a primary focus of the new owners will be to assist Condominium Homeowner Associations with accounting, maintenance and communication with their members.
