Dream Dinners offers fundraising opportunity
to non-profit groups

Non-profit groups now have a new way to raise funds for their group, with help from Dream Dinners – Poulsbo.

“Groups simply schedule a fundraiser with us and then encourage their members to register for a meal-assembly session at our store,” says owner Kirsten Cowan. “We will donate $20 to the organization for every person who registers for a full 12 entrees; $10 for every person who registers for Quick 6 Meal Fix session and indicates they’re participating in the fundraiser.”

The company’s “fix-and-freeze” meal solution eliminates menu planning, shopping, prep-work and clean-up, by moving the meal assembly process out of client’s kitchens into specially equipped stores.

At a Dream Dinners session, customers create a dozen healthy entrées for the freezer in less than two hours, providing their families with an alternative to pre-packaged, pre-cooked or fast food.

“We’re committed to helping people make mealtime a priority,” says Cowan. “And we care about our community. We’ll do everything in our power to nurture the vibrant community spirit that already exists in Kitsap County”

12-meal sessions and once-a-week 6-meal sessions are offered. Non-profit groups interested in fundraising can contact the firm at (360) 297-7886 or www.dreamdinners.com.
