Mahaffay wins Sheriff’s Guild endorsement

Republican Frank Mahaffay, who is running for the vacant 23rd District House seat, was recently endorsed by the Deputy Sheriff’s Guild. Mahaffay is one of the few Republicans being endorsed by a labor group.

The Guild felt that Mahaffay’s grasp of the issues and plan of action illustrates his understanding of the needs of the community from the public safety perspective.

Mahaffay has also been endorsed by Senator Bob Oke, the Washington Association of Realtors, Washington Dental PAC, the Affordable Housing Council, Mike Siegal of KTTH Radio, Puget Rental Owners Association, Cross Sound Transportation Coalition, Kirby Wilber of KVI Radio, former Congressman Rick White, King County Councilman and Attorney General candidate Rob McKenna, as well as over 100 prominent local business and community leaders.
