Seattle Auto Show set for
Qwest Events Center, Nov. 3-7

The Seattle International Auto Show, one of the nation’s most prestigious five-day auto shows, comes to the Qwest Events Center (formerly Seahawks Exhibition Center), Nov. 3-7. The event, sponsored Chevron Lubricants, is the Northwest’s largest annual showcase of new cars, trucks, SUVs and minivans from virtually every major automaker.

This year’s show will give consumers in our region their first peek at dozens of new 2005 models, including the all-new Dodge Magnum, Ford Five Hundred and Scion tC coupe.

One-of-a-kind concepts and delicious exotics will be announced soon, as will an exhibit of rare collectibles from the prestigious Harold E. LeMay Museum in Tacoma.

In addition to hundreds of vehicles, the auto show offers the latest in after-market accessories, including state-of-the-art audio and video systems.

“The Auto Show is a once-a-year opportunity for consumers to see and compare every new vehicle on the market,” says Auto Show Director Jim Hammond. “What’s new, what’s hot and what’s next in autos – that’s what the auto show is all about.”

Hours are Wednesday through Fri., noon – 10 p.m.; Sat. 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sun. 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Adult admission is $10. Kids 12 and under are free.
