Bremerton attorney John Mitchell and other officers have been installed by the Bremerton Rotary Club for the year July 2004 to June 2005.
Mitchell is a partner with the Bremerton law firm Sanchez, Paulson, Mitchell & Schock. He has been with the firm since 1980, specializing in civil litigation, estate planning and personal injury cases.
Other newly elected officers are: Brad Smith, president-elect; Dave Anderson, treasurer; Ruth Ross, secretary; and board members Dan Sullivan, Gerald Egan, Joan Hanten, Steve Landau, and Larry Eyer.
As president, Mitchell has established some goals for the year, one of which is to focus on service to younger disadvantaged children in our community to help ensure their success in school. He also hopes to have Rotarians help introduce young people to various occupations that might interest them, especially those that are remunerative but may not require a college degree. |
